Amy Pena is a senior instructor, studio director and trainer. Amy has been involved in the Gyrotonic method since 2005 when she was injured as a dancer in New York. After searching for the right method to help her injured knee, she found Gyrotonic exercise in Evanston.

Since starting with Gyrotonic exercise, she has taught the method all over, including Brazil and the Chicagoland area. She is certified with the Gyrotonic method founder, Juliu Horvath and is licensed to instruct Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis exercises.
