HIGHLAND PARK, IL (JULY/AUGUST, 2017) – SPYRL™, Chicago’s newest GYROTONIC® studio, is starting a new six-week summer class series taught by certified Gyrotonic® instructor Amy Pena from July 11 through August 18. Each 55-minute class will take place either on Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m., Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m., or Fridays at 10 a.m. at the Downtown Highland Park studio, 1781 Green Bay Road.
